Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • Optional toppings: additional marshmallows, chocolate chunks, or crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 8 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust. In a small saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk until smooth; pour over the layered ingredients.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until marshmallows are golden and bubbling. Optional: broil for 1-2 minutes for toasted marshmallows.
  4. Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
