Instructions
- Pre-soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers.
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
- Serve hot, garnish with extra parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.
