  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare ganache: heat heavy cream until just boiling, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit, then stir till smooth.
  8. Spread ganache on cooled cookies and decorate with heart sprinkles.
