Instructions

- In another bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
- Form dough into balls and place on baking sheets, flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks.
- Meanwhile, prepare ganache: heat heavy cream until just boiling, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit, then stir till smooth.
- Spread ganache on cooled cookies and decorate with heart sprinkles.
