Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften and release juices, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add spiralized zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately garnished with extra basil and cheese if desired.
