- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns or small brioche rolls
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook via grilling, baking, or using an air fryer until cooked through and juices run clear.
- In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix well to create the zesty sauce.
- Shred the cooked chicken with a fork once cooled slightly. Toss the shredded chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
- Spread some of the sauce onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Layer with lettuce, pickles if desired, and topped with the saucy chicken. Cover with the top bun and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha for milder or spicier sliders.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for added juiciness.
