Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt and press the dough into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar in a bowl. Pour over the partially baked crust. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until filling is set.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust with powdered sugar before serving and cut into squares.
