Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. Mix olive oil and minced garlic, then spread evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  5. Arrange lemon slices on top of the cheese.
