- 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach
- 2-3 slices of fresh lemon for garnish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil with fresh lemon juice and minced garlic. Set aside to meld flavors.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- Spread the lemon-infused olive oil evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top, followed by fresh arugula.
- Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with lemon slices and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately for a fresh, citrusy flavor experience.
