- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast red and yellow bell peppers until charred, about 20 minutes. Peel and blend with garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of olive oil. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- Serve the tilapia topped with the roasted pepper sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
